Pharmaceutical Technologies, Inc. and the National Pharmaceutical Services (NPS)
network of pharmacies has only been available for sale through Retail Pharmacy sites
and insurance plans. Recently, www.smartrxcard.com/serv04.htm and PTI-NPS have
agreed to work together to market a non-insured version of The Pharmacy SmartCard
for sale directly through Universities and other schools. Physician groups and
Pharmacy owners have helped to develop this unique program called The Pharmacy
SmartCard so that now consumers can have the same advantages as the insurance
companies when paying for prescriptions. The Pharmacy SmartCard will price check
your members prescription drugs in order to approve the amount paid at the pharmacy
to lowest possible price. The program will instantly notify the pharmacy of alternatives
that may provide greater saving for the consumer without sacrificing quality.
