FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PTI and SmartRxCard.Com AgreePharmaceutical Technologies Inc. and SmartRxCard.Com Agree to Marketing ArrangementApril 11,2003-- Omaha, NE, Today, Pharmaceutical Technologies, Inc. and SmartRxCard.Com announced they will enter into an agreement where SmartRxCard.Com will market and sell The Pharmacy SmartCard™. The Pharmacy SmartCard™, a pharmacy network card with over 50,000 participating pharmacies, will now be available to consumers via the website located at www.smartrxcard.com. SmartRxCard.Com will also open new channels of distribution by introducing The Pharmacy SmartCard nationwide to Insurers, Third Party Administrators, Wholesalers, Brokers and Agents, Universities and Colleges, Associations, and Unions. A multi-media advertising campaign is planned to begin this summer. President of PTI and pharmacist Doug Pick stated that he was very excited about the new opportunities to share the value of the network with people nationwide!
